NERA is being developed as a human-centred Communication Continuity Companion, designed to help context carry forward across information, conversations and systems. The aim is to help people make sense of complicated situations and find useful knowledge or next steps.

A planned way for staff to ask ordinary questions and reach the right approved company information. This is the prototype direction, not a live business service yet.

Personal NERA and Business NERA are designed as separate contexts. Personal reflections should not automatically enter a business workspace, and company Knowledge should not automatically appear in personal NERA.
People should always know which environment they are using. Any sharing between contexts should be intentional and governed.

Standalone NERA model
A dedicated model shaped around NERA’s own human-centred purpose, rather than relying forever on someone else’s foundation.

NERA Human Bridge
NERA today is building the bridge between people, information and systems. Later, that bridge could extend to trusted human specialists.
In this future direction, an organisation could request a NERA Communication Advisor through the NERA ecosystem. With permission, relevant organisational context could be prepared before an on-site visit—as a starting point to verify, not a conclusion.

The advisor would observe the environment, talk with people, gather real-world evidence and bring judgement technology cannot replace. Specialist access is envisioned within a governed NERA network, rather than an unbounded hand-off to unrelated third parties.

Hi, I’m Renzo.
Curiosity started this.
People shaped it.
NERA began with my curiosity about people, communication, psychology, technology and the spaces where those things collide.
I started building it locally, learning the technical and business sides as I went, while keeping one question at the centre:
How can technology work around human needs instead of asking humans to work around technology?
NERA is still early, and I want that journey to stay visible: the questions, the building, the testing, the mistakes and the progress.
